Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
We charge 40% for cancellations 13-10 days before arrival,70% 9-4 days before arrival, and from 3 days before arrival and for no-shows we charge 100% of the total amount.

Unfortunately, something could always come up that prevents you from taking your holiday for unforeseen reasons. That is why we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
