Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) – immediate start

REQUIREMENTS:

• Coordinating the service team

• Drawing up the seating plan

• Drawing up the rota

• Managing a section

• Looking after our guests during lunch, afternoon tea and dinner

• Mise en place tasks

• Training new colleagues

• Acting as a role model for our trainees and commis de rangs, as well as the chef de rangs

• Ensuring compliance with our hygiene guidelines in accordance with HACCP standards

• You will organise the wine cellar and stock levels and work confidently with our APRO till system

• We welcome new ideas

BRING YOUR EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO US
 

• You have completed your training or, ideally, have several years’

• professional experience in the 4- or 5-star hospitality industry

• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English

• You are keen and motivated to learn new things and contribute fresh ideas

• You work independently, are well-organised and guest-focused

• You have a team spirit, a sense of responsibility and always keep a smile on your face, even in stressful situations

• Open-minded towards guests and colleagues

• Enthusiasm for training and further education

• A well-groomed appearance, good manners and a passion for the hospitality industry

Breakfast Waiter/Waitress (m/f/d)

REQUIREMENTS:
